SYSPRO Customer Self-Service

Your customers get self-service.
Your reps keep every price and every order.

A branded portal your customers sign into for their own balance, AR statement and invoices — read live from SYSPRO. Every reorder still becomes a quote, priced by a rep and approved by the customer, before anything is created in SYSPRO.

Orders reach SYSPRO without a rep's price

Read-only

SQL login — the portal cannot write through it

24/7

Self-service, no call to your desk

What it does

One portal, four jobs your customers already ask you for.

account_balance

Live account access

Balance, AR statement and invoice downloads — read straight from SYSPRO, with documents rendered by the SYSPRO Reporting Service. Never a stale export sitting in someone's inbox.

shopping_cart

Guided reorder, not open access

A customer builds a basket and submits it — that only ever creates a quote. No customer-facing form can set what they pay, and nothing reaches SYSPRO on its own.

point_of_sale

A console for your reps

Reps sign into their own view to price every line on a waiting quote, see its full lifecycle, and get emailed the moment a customer needs a price or approves an order.

verified_user

Access control you can defend

Every query and every report parameter is built from the signed-in session, never the request body. A customer cannot reach another customer's documents by editing a form field.

How reordering works

Quote first. Then a rep's price. Then SYSPRO. In that order, every time.

1

Customer submits a basket

Quantities and stock codes are checked against SYSPRO before a quote is even created. Status: pending.

2

Rep prices every line

In the rep console, signed in separately from SYSPRO. Status: priced. The customer is emailed.

3

Customer approves

Or declines — either ends the quote. Approval is the only customer action that can ever reach SYSPRO.

4

Order created in SYSPRO

Posted with the rep's price attached, credit and stock rules still enforced by SYSPRO. The rep is emailed the order number.

Built to be trusted with your ledger

A customer-facing door onto your ERP, with the guardrails your auditors will ask about.

This isn't a form bolted onto SYSPRO. Every safeguard below is architectural — it isn't a setting someone can quietly switch off.

check_circle

Session-bound identity. Every query and report parameter comes from the signed-in session — never a field in the request.

check_circle

Read-only SQL. The portal never writes through the SQL lane, whatever else goes wrong.

check_circle

A dedicated service account renders documents — never the customer's own SYSPRO credentials, because they don't have any.

check_circle

Credit holds and stock rules still apply. SYSPRO rejects a customer on hold; the portal never overrides it.

check_circle

Every quote's full lifecycle is recorded — who requested, who priced, who approved, and when.

Give your customers a door into SYSPRO you don't have to staff.

We'll run it against a copy of your own SYSPRO company, so what you see is what your customers would see.
